I highly recommend Lisa and Brad! They were able to sell my 3BR Gary property quickly for my asking price. They promptly and effectively handled staging, listing, open houses, negotiations, and closing. They even helped with a few repairs identified before listing the property. These guys really care about their clients and go the extra mile. They are highly responsive and their communication is top-notch. Selling a property can be a stressful time, but these two inspire a lot of confidence and reduce the anxiety of the process. As a plus, since they are a duo team, they can fill in for each other as necessary. They far exceeded my expectations. All the stars.

Shelly Grimm was awesome! She always responded quick. Answered all questions, very knowledgeable. She meant business. She’d meet us with a list of homes for us to see. Never did we have to look for homes on our own. She listened to what we wanted in a home and found it for us. There was no questions she couldn’t help us with. She went above and beyond for us. I’ve had some experiences in the past, but she made everything so much easier this time around. Never did we feel like we were being pushed into home that we didn’t love.
